Your Complete Success Tool: Brainwave Entrainment MP3s

Our body, words, music is nothing more than vibration of energy. The rate at which this energy vibrates is called frequency.

By "tuning" your brain to certain frequencies, using brainwave entrainment, it is possible to change your mood as well as stimulate certain brain functions such as enhanced learning, creativity or relaxation. These benefits are are multiplied when combined with beautiful music and positive frequencies in powerful mp3s.

Music can affect hormones and can even trigger a release of endorphins, the feel good chemicals in our brain. Therefore by combining beautiful, classical, meditation and contemporary music with positive frequencies (by using brainwave entrainment), you can receive the powerful effects of the music and the frequencies.

At different frequencies, the following effects and benefits are released.

Beta Frequencies: Endorphins, the "feel good" hormones are released;

Alpha Frequencies: relaxation, inward awareness... Enhanced release of serotonin (another feel good hormone) which leads to a healing of body and mind.

Theta Frequencies: recall, imagery, creativity, dreaming as well as accelearted learning & increased memory retention

Delta Frequencies: deep, dreamless sleep, trance state. Encourage a feeling of well-being.

I found these Mp3s amazing. The music is absolutly gorgeous and the effects with the brainwave entrainment are almost immediate. On the week ends and in the evening, I listen to them while working. I noticed that my writing has improved significantly. My creativity is at an all-time high. Ideas come quickly and very easily. I also feel at peace and happy most of the time.

Below is a description of some of the MP3s I recommend:

- Sacred Love which music enhances learning, ESP and mind power by tuning to the natural frequency of Planet Earth (the Earth's hearbeat) along with beautiful modern classical music. Scientific studies have shown that this frequency helps relieve stress and strengthen your immune system.

- With the sacred Solfeggio frequency you can overcome fears and limiting beliefs.

- The Dream Programming series, allow you to find effortless assistance to find the perfect job and to materialize your goals quickly.

- The Financial Abundance MP3 helps you develop the mindset of a millionaire.

These are just examples of some of the MP3s that I particularly liked.

How does it work? You simply listen to the MP3 as you fall asleep. The audio uses hypnosis or brainwave entrainment to help you feel relaxed. In that state of semi-sleep, the audio will communicate with your subconscious mind and pre-program your dreams, helping you (depending on the MP3) to create a wealthy and abundant mindset to bring wealth into your life.

The Inner Journeys series have beautiful meditation music, sleep music for deep relaxation and voyages of self-discovery.

Here again they bring about the following benefits:

- Relieve stress and anxiety
- Improve intuition and connections with your higher self
- Look and feel younger
- Feel happier and more peaceful.

These MP3s have been a God sent for me as they have heplped me break some barriers that I had withing myself concernign financial abundance. They help me relax and stay in an almost permenent state of happiness and peacefulness.

The only reservation I have is that I don't know if they would work for someone who is not disciplined enough to use them regularly on a daily basis.

Success Factors (Continues)

In this post I will continue summarizing some key success factors.

1.Success Factor #1: Establish a Mastermind Alliance

No individual has ever achieved success alone, without the support and help of others. A group of two or more people working actively together in harmony toward a common goal will provide more brain energy than a single brain. It's very important on your path to success that you secure the support of other people.

2. Success Factor #2: Create personal initiative

Personal initiative is the power you have within yourself to start all actions. It will propel you forward and help you beat procrastination. Procrastination is really the super enemy that you have to guard against. Personal initiative allows you to succeed where others have failed; it creates opportunities as well mas advancement. Even if you have a weak action plan, it's still better to move forward on it rather than delay taking action at all.

3. Success Factor #3: Be Sure to keep a Positive mental attitude

A positive mental attitude is the foundation of all the principles of success. It's the single most important factor. Success attracts more success and failure attracts more failure if you are not careful enough with your mental attitude to turn things around. Your mental attitude may be the only thing over which you have complete control. When you have a positive mental attitude and face obstacles, you find ways to get something accomplished. A negative mental attitude looks for all the ways something cannot be done.

4. Success Factor #4: Reinforce Self-Discipline

Without self-discipline you are in a very dangerous situation. You are like a car going downhill without brakes. Self-discipline is what allows you to tie together all the efforts you make to control your mind, create personal initiative, maintain a positive mental attitude and keeping your enthusiasm up. All these factors are essential keys on your path to success.

5. Success Factor #5: Maintain good health

Anything that affects your physical health will also affect your mental health and attitude. So you have to guard your health like an hawk. A positive mental attitude is the most important quality that you must cultivate for sound mental and physical health. Exercising daily will keep your mind buoyant and clear, keeping away any sluggishness or dullness.

6. Success Factor #6: Focus your attention

It's very easy to get distracted or discouraged. So you must control your mind and your thoughts. If not, it may wander and focus on the things you do not want and bring on fear or anxiety. Positive and negative emotions cannot occupy your mind at the same time. That's why if you focus your mind on positive things it's very unlikely that you will get distracted by negative thoughts.

Like the other principles discussed last week, these success factors are very important for your success in anything you undertake. You must keep them in the back of your mind and strive to apply them on a daily basis. It's not really difficult. Repetition, particularly at the beginning is the key. By reading these principles every day, several times a day, they will soon become second nature.

Key Factors of Success

Key Factors of Success

It is important for anyone who wants to be successful in life to know what the key factors of success are. Of of the most well-known and respected author in the success literature is Napoleon Hill who wrote the famous book, Think and
Grow Rich
. He was also an adviser to President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Napoleon Hill wrote about 17 fundamental principles of success. In this series of articles, I will review the 17 principles as he explained them. I will start with presenting the first 4 principles.

Key Factors of Success #1: Develop Definiteness of Purpose

The starting point of all achievement is the development of a Definite Leading Purpose. You must know where you are going and keep it in mind by focusing on it with a burning desire for its realization. Having a burning desire is essential. Intense emotions are very important in attracting to you what you want in life. You must be careful that your mental attitude
is positive and that it gives power to everything that you do. With all the negative thoughts floating around, it could be easy to have the wrong focus. You must guard your thoughts at all time and make sure that they remain positive.

Key Factors of Success #2: Go the Extra Mile

This factor can be summarized in a few words: “The more you give, the more you get”. We are usually lazy. We must fight that tendency ferociously. You must render more and better service than you are paid for. With the competition that
exists in most fields, it's the only way to be ahead. Additionally, getting into the habit of going the extra mile ensures that you are at your best all the time.

There is a simple equation that translate into:

the quality of the service that you render + the quantity of the service that you render + the positive mental attitude in which it is rendered = the amount of money you will make.

Of course, the more of each, the more money you will make.

Key Factors of Success #3: Be enthusiastic

Enthusiasm is the fuel that drives things forward. It is like the gasoline to an engine. It inspires and is very contagious. It is reported that enthusiasm is more powerful than reason or logic in winning over others to your viewpoint. We will see in a next article why it is so important.

Key Factors of Success #4: Have a Pleasing Personality

Your personality is your greatest asset or your greatest liability. So you must work on making it as pleasing as possible. In the book The Prosperity Secrets of the Ages, author Catherine Ponder states that "joy and beauty are two qualities you must cultivate along the way to help you succeed". They are "before success" requirements rather than those that just naturally come after. Joy has a powerful attractive power whereas moodiness, discouragement and a negative disposition have a repelling power. We tend to avoid gloomy, mpoing, whining, complaining people while we are instinctively attracted to beautiful, pleasant people.

Voila! Here you have the first 4 fundamental principles of success. Make sure that you read and apply them every day and you will certainly be on your way to being successful.

The 6 Main Principles of Success

Napoleon Hill was the first author to talk about the principles of success in his book Think & Grow Rich. Nowadays, it is used as a reference by most self-help gurus today.  In this article, I review the principles of success that he discussed and that lead people to become very successful.

1. Definiteness of Purpose – Having the determination to get what you want

“The greatest power that we were given at birth is the power to control our minds”.  Napoleon Hill
This very first principle is to know what we want and to FOCUS on that despite any obstacles. We must overcome negative thoughts such as fear of failure or rather fear of success.

2. Having the habit of going the extra mile
This is the second of the principles of success. Most of us are lazy.  So we must work on ourselves and acquire the habit of going the extra mile. That will ensure that we become “excellent in all that we do”.  Being excellent is of course a strong stepping stone that guarantees success.

3. Being grateful
In order for the Universe to support us and grant us our wishes in any of our endeavors, we must be grateful for both what we already have (even if it's not much) and for what we want – we must have the habit of being grateful even before we get what we want.

4. Being enthusiastic
The fourth of the principles of success states that we must work on having enthusiasm for all that we want and do.  Enthusiasm is a wonderful quality as it is very contagious.  If we make sincere enthusiasm one of the qualities that we cherish, we will definitely succeed in all our goals despite any obstacles.

5. Having faith in ourselves
“If you believe you can do it, you can”
All successful people have a strong faith in themselves.  A strong faith clears our minds of all fears and helps us keep marching toward our goals.

6. Being part of a Master Mind Group
Very rarely can we achieve significant goals all by ourselves.  We need the support, the education, the experience of a friend, a partner, or even a group of strangers who are willing to support us in the achievement of our goals.

This discussion of Napoleon Hill's principles of success is just a start. Overall, there are 17 principles. Find out more at Principles of Success .
